General Conditions
Delivery: Delivery included.
Warranty: Twelve-Month warranty on parts and labour for Instrumentarium equipment.
Installation
Prices are for the equipment to be supplied into a prepared site. Removal of old X-Ray equipment is the responsibility of the owner. Jacobs Imaging Australia can arrange for the removal and disposal of old X-Ray equipment, this service is available on request and will be quote separately.The customer will provide a floor plan to scale and carry out all preparation labours according to our site plan, particularly:
- Any radiation protection which is requested by the Health Department (we can manufacture any radiation protection shields to your specifications)
- Electrical supply: 240VAC, 16A , single phase, GPO
- Room to be ready for installation of equipment. ie: clean, painted, floor coverings, electricity connected and air conditioning systems commissioned.
- Floor, wall and ceiling fixtures to which the equipment is to be attached
- Any cable pits between the units for hidden cable routing if so desired (on-the-wall and on-the-floor standard PVC ducts are supplied free of charge by Jacobs Imaging)
- Any air conditioning or ventilation if desired (these are not required for this system)
- Any paintwork, floor covering, lighting, powerpoints, media gas supplies, door switches, warning lights and any decoration
- Provision of any special equipment (like crane or fork lift) as well as any modifications (to doors, windows, stairs or walkways) required to transport the equipment other than those normally needed to access a level and unrestricted ground floor site.
AEC Calibration
- Calibration of film-screen combinations on the AEC detectors is included (if required)
- The customer agrees to provide x-ray films, cassettes and darkroom usage as needed for testing and AEC calibration
Training
- On site operator applications training included
Documentation
- The complete set of operator's manuals is included.
